Overview

The Client Systems Technician at Pelatron Technologies LLC will enable user mission accomplishment while ensuring network vulnerabilities are mitigated. The role involves providing support for end devices, managing service requests, and maintaining efficient desktop configuration management processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle service requests from the base Communications Focal Point and other work centers
  • Create and prioritize support tickets for patch management, equipment repairs, and software installations
  • Manage laptop lockers and ensure devices are properly imaged and patched
  • Develop and document processes for desktop configuration and end-user device deployments
  • Maintain peripheral equipment for end devices
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting for communication and application issues
  • Respond to incidents of malicious code on both classified and unclassified networks
  • Provide technical support for end device installations and upgrades
