Job Description

Overview

The Client Success Coordinator at Southern Scripts is a remote role responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of health system and hospital clients. Reporting to the Client Success Manager, this position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, who will manage client relationships and oversee implementation processes to enhance client experiences and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries and address client needs
  • Manage client relationships and oversee implementation processes
  • Prepare account management-related documents and client communications
  • Document discussions and follow-ups from client meetings
  • Field and process internal and external information requests
  • Track project milestones and deliverables using project management skills
  • Lead and manage implementation processes and ensure compliance
  • Ensure understanding of clients' objectives and benefit plan designs
  • Manage ID Card processes and related training materials
  • Collaborate with multiple business units to meet client needs
