Overview

The Client Services Coordinator role at Managed Care Advisors focuses on supporting high-profile clients in the healthcare sector. This position involves coordinating activities, managing communications, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working closely with internal stakeholders and client teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Client Success Managers in coordinating client programs and project activities
  • Assist in planning and documenting client meetings and training sessions
  • Draft and edit communications, program materials, reports, and presentations
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide customer support
  • Coordinate training activities and support client onboarding efforts
  • Track and manage information system users for compliance
  • Maintain organized records of communications and documentation
  • Adapt to changing priorities and maintain flexibility

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 3 years of administrative or customer service experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance
