Overview

Golden Reserve LLC is seeking an experienced Client Service Specialist (CSS) to manage the back-end client sales process and provide exceptional ongoing client support. This role is integral to the company's innovative approach to financial services, focusing on delivering personalized financial plans and facilitating insurance applications.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the entire back-end client sales process, including building client Roadmaps
  • Deliver ongoing client support and service
  • Facilitate the execution of insurance applications
  • Support the sales team to assist more families
  • Participate in monthly seminars and weekly TV & Radio Shows

Required skills

  • Two (2) years of financial services experience
  • Life Insurance and Annuity application management and monitoring
  • Strong client management skills
  • Commitment to processes and systems for client services
  • Problem-solving and accountability mindset
