Position Overview We're currently seeking entry-level representatives to connect with members and provide information about available benefit programs. You'll conduct virtual appointments, answer questions, explain coverage options, and help members navigate the process from their initial consultation through completion. Previous industry experience is not required. This position is well suited for individuals who are comfortable communicating with people, willing to learn, and interested in developing valuable client-service and leadership skills.
