Overview

The Client Service Specialist for Commercial Lines at Marshall & Sterling Inc. is a licensed professional focused on delivering exceptional client service in the insurance industry.   • Secure applications for coverage from various stakeholders
  • Review policies for accuracy and completeness
  • Address cancellation requests and assist in retaining accounts
  • Treat service contacts as opportunities for account development
  • Regularly communicate with clients and document interactions
  • Perform financial duties as directed by management

Required skills

  • Property+Casualty Insurance license
  • Prior experience in insurance
  • Fundamental rating and underwriting skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience with Vertafore is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Organizational abilities
