Key responsibilities

  • Assist with account openings, closures, updates, and general inquiries
  • Maintain a deep understanding of bank products to educate customers
  • Handle client transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Offer basic financial advice to help clients achieve their objectives
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
