Overview

The Client Service Coordinator will play a vital role in the operations of a growing CPA firm, directly engaging with clients and leadership. This position offers the chance to manage the client lifecycle from onboarding to billing while improving workflows and efficiencies within the firm.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage client follow-ups, document requests, and ongoing communication
  • Track open items, deadlines, and workflow progress across engagements
  • Coordinate scheduling and meeting logistics for clients and internal teams
  • Support onboarding, engagement setup, and administrative workflows
  • Maintain organized client files, systems, and records
  • Route client information efficiently between clients and the CPA team

Required skills

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools
