Overview

The Client Relationship Lead at Messerli Kramer P.A. is responsible for providing training, support, and leadership to the Client Relationship team. This role involves ensuring excellent communication with clients, resolving issues proactively, and supporting the Client Relationship Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide training and leadership to the Client Relationship team
  • Ensure excellent client communication and issue resolution
  • Respond to client audit requests and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Conduct compliance and quality monitoring of staff
  • Participate in monthly calls and on-site visits
  • Track deadlines and client requirements
  • Conduct new hire and remedial training for staff
  • Motivate staff to meet job requirements
