Overview

Messerli Kramer, a reputable law firm in the Twin Cities since 1965, is seeking a full-time Client Relationship Coordinator. This role is essential for being the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met accurately and promptly while collaborating with various teams in the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact and owner of the client relationship
  • Provide excellent communication to clients by anticipating and resolving issues
  • Respond to client audit requests and questionnaires by assigned deadlines
  • Participate in monthly calls, remote audits, and on-site visits
  • Track deadlines to meet client requirements
  • Regularly communicate with clients to evaluate satisfaction and identify needs

Required skills

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of office and customer service experience
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and organization skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
