Overview The Client Media Budget Supervisor supports client finance operations and media billing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across revenue and vendor workflows. This role partners closely with finance, media, and billing teams to execute billing requests, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities. Responsibilities Client Finance & Media Financial ManagementOwn development and ongoing management of client budgetsMaintain client approvals and supporting documentation to meet audit and compliance requirementsUpdate and manage estimates in SAP to ensure alignment with client-approved scopesMaintain billing, revenue, and pass-through cost tracking tools in ExcelPartner with Account and media teams on budgets, actuals, and forecasts to ensure financial accuracyComplete quarterly and annual media reconciliations for active scopes and resolve discrepanciesAccounts Receivable (Client Billing Support)Coordinate with billing teams to initiate and process client invoicesProvide accurate and complete billing inputs to support invoice creationReview draft invoices for accuracy prior to final issuanceIncorporate client-specific requirements and perform manual invoice adjustments as neededMaintain documentation of all invoices issued for tracking and audit purposesMonitor receivable status and follow up on outstanding payments as neededAccounts Payable (Vendor Billing Support)Request vendor purchase orders in SAP and Mediaocean/PrismaReview vendor invoices to ensure accurate PO coding and complianceSubmit vendor invoices for processing through SAP or Prisma systemsResolve vendor payment inquiries in a timely manner Qualifications 4+ years of progressive experience in client finance, agency finance, or similarExperience with financial reconciliations, audit support, client billing workflows, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a fast-paced environmentAgency or media finance environmentExperience in media billing with hands-on knowledge of Mediaocean/Prisma requiredStrong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in financial dataHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAdvanced proficiency in Excel, including: complex formulas and data analysis, pivot tables and large dataset managem
