Client Engagement Senior CoordinatorThe Client Engagement Senior Coordinator is a key team member within the Marketing Department. The Senior Coordinator supports a range of office, regional and firmwide marketing and client engagement initiatives designed to elevate the Firms profile and help lawyers connect with clients, as described below. They take an active role in learning about the service offering, lawyers, and clients of the office/region, and work closely with colleagues across offices and functions to coordinate a range of integrated marketing efforts.Duties and Responsibilities: Works with lawyers and marketing colleagues to plan and execute Firm sponsored and hosted client events: Identifies event and sponsorship opportunities aligned with the Firms office/regional practices and industriesDevelops appropriate invitation lists and seeks relevant approvalsCreates invitations in collaboration with the design team, distributes invitations, and processes registrationsCoordinates the production of event materialsCoordinates pre-event planning and post-event debrief meetings with stakeholdersDefines event metrics to measure ROISupports office/regional client entertainment activities, including management of the Firms ticket assets and allocation system:Acts as primary contact for all regional sports and event ticket requestsWorks with the BD and Marketing team and office/regional leadership to identify appropriate business development use of firm ticketsLeverages the use of the firms ticket database to maintain accurate records of all ticket usage and works with the accounting department to appropriately document ticket expensesTracks ticket usage and prepared utilization reportsAssists with drafting and reviewing lawyer biographies for Liaises with lawyers to produce and distribute internal and external marketing communications, including new lawyer announcements and newslettersDrafts regional news announcements and other content for the intranet, website, and social media platformsHelps identify relevant speaking and other credentialing opportunities for office/regional lawyers and assists in the production of required materialsAssists in the planning and execution of office/regional marketing initiatives and events that further the Inclusion programsLeverages firm technology such as SalesForce (campaign and project management), InterAction (contact relationship management), and Foundation (experience management) to document and track marketing activityCollaborates with the Creative team to produce marketing materials related to sponsorships and advertisementsAssists in the selection, procurement, inventory, and distribution of firm promotional items for marketing activitiesPerforms research and data collection on clients and contacts, industries, and competitors, as requestedAssists in training lawyers and professional staff on InterAction, LinkedIn, and other marketing related toolsSupports special projects as requested by Marketing Department management and regional lawyersEducation and Experience: Required:A Bachelor's degree from an accredited universityA minimum of two (2) years of marketing, business development, program planning, and/or other relevant experienceExcellent writing and proofreading skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and OutlookPreferred:Marketing or business development experience in a law firm or other professional services organizationWorking knowledge of customer relationship, pipeline, and experience management databases such as InterAction, Salesforce, and/or FoundationFamiliarity with relevant company/market research tools, as well as law firm rankings, awards, and league table publicationsOther Skills and Abilities:The following will also be required of the successful candidate:Strong organizational skillsStrong attention to detailGood judgmentStrong interpersonal communication skillsSuperior relationship building skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to work harmoniousl
