Wesley Group is seeking a Client Contact Center Representative to join their team in Franklin, TN. This role is critical as it involves supporting clients in navigating the timeshare exit process while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from clients and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Set call appointments for employees.
  • Field calls to the right department and assign leads to the sales team.
  • Log detailed call information in Salesforce.
  • Make outbound calls to return voicemails and reschedule appointments.
  • Monitor and respond to client services emails and public Slack messages.
