Overview

Wesley Group is seeking a Client Contact Center Representative to join their team in Franklin, TN. This role involves providing real-time support to clients navigating the timeshare exit process, ensuring a positive and exceptional customer experience while managing calls and related responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from clients and transfer to the correct departments.
  • Set call appointments for employees and manage lead assignments.
  • Log calls in Salesforce to provide detailed information.
  • Make outbound calls to return voicemails and reschedule appointments.
  • Monitor client services email and Slack channel, responding in a timely manner.
