In this role, you'll work directly with individuals and families who are seeking information about available benefit programs. Your primary responsibility is to provide guidance, answer questions, and ensure clients have a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. No previous industry experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the resources needed to help you build a successful remote career.
