As a Client Support & Benefits Representative, you'll connect virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about available programs. You'll help them understand their options, answer questions, and provide support as they complete the necessary steps. Previous industry experience is not required. You'll receive structured training, continued coaching, and ongoing support to help you become confident in the role.
