You will be responsible for assisting with client-facing issues, preparing materials for client meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks. This role is pivotal in enhancing the client experience by resolving complex financial matters and helping to deliver superior client service. Responsibilities:Prepare reports, presentations, financial plans, tax documents, and other materials to support advisors and tax professionals with client meetings.Serve as a key point of contact for clients, respond to questions, resolve service issues, and work with internal teams to find solutions.Coordinate meetings, manage schedules and deadlines, track follow-ups, answer client calls, and maintain accurate and organized records.Follow firm procedures, industry regulations, and best practices while ensuring all client information and documentation is accurate and up to date.Qualifications and Requirements:A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field is preferred.1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.Strong problem-solving skills.Strong technical aptitude to facilitate daily work and ability to learn required software applications quickly.Series 65 certification is a plus Benefits and Perks:50-55kMedical Benefits HolidaysTraining & GrowthYour New Organization: Our client is dedicated to helping individuals plan with intention, empowering them to live with greater purpose.
