About the Role You'll sit where our warehouse, our data, and our clients meet. Working closely with our Warehouse Operations Manager and our Customer Support team, you'll coordinate orders through our systems, keep track of what's happening on the floor, and turn it into clear updates for leadership and for the brands we serve. Our clients trust us with their inventory and their customers, and much of that trust is won or lost in communication: a well-written status update, a straight answer about a delay, a report that ties. You'll be the person who gets those moments right, fluent across our WMS, systems, and data, and able to explain all of it in plain, professional English. As we connect the cross-border supply chain end to end, this role grows with it.
