Our goal is to secure commitments from these potential referral sources. Additionally, we aim to foster strong connections with our existing customers and referral partners through regular phone and in-person interactions, ensuring their continued loyalty and support. By maintaining active engagement, we enhance customer retention and strengthen our network of reliable referral sources.Two Positions Available1. A full-time compensated employee sales position. This position requires the employee to have existing connections and bring a book of business. 2. Part time commission-only independent contractor, sales position with some flexible hours. These positions are sales positions for an emerging company that will require strong sales skills to initiate new relationships. Setting up a bonus referral program with plumbers, roofers, property managers, and realtors will be an important part of the initial responsibilities of the role. These are commission-based roles commission sales can reach up to $100,000 for the first year for someone who is highly motivated, and has the potential to increase in future years as there is no limit to the commission potential!Restoration Sales Representative ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential new customers and referral sources.Create and maintain sales route records.Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects.Gain commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of restoration services.Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner.Attend weekly sales meetings.Maintain phone and in-person contact with existing customers.Maintain customer contact database.Make group presentations to prospective organizations.Consistent, effective involvement in trade, community, and networking organizations, and participation in networking activities and events.Restoration Sales Representative QualificationsEducation and Experience: Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field with a bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience with relationship selling to high-level executives.Selling Skills: Understands and effectively applies the concepts of differentiation and adding value. Knows customer markets, the issues, and the challenges they face, and can translate that information into useful selling strategies. Builds long-term relationships that drive increased revenue and demand for services.Financial Reports and Documents: Understands the concepts and content of financial reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.Mathematical Skills: Possesses strong math skills. Able to translate information regarding a prospect's business into estimated revenue potential.
