MID-LEVEL CLASS ACTIONS & MASS TORTS ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Litigation & Disputes Practice Group Location : Multiple U.S. locations, see complete list at end of description HYBRID Our client, a nationally recognized AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a highly motivated mid-level Associate Attorney t o join its nationally recognized Litigation & Disputes Practice Group with a focus on Class Actions and Mass Torts. This opportunity is available across multiple U.S. offices and offers the chance to work alongside leading litigators defending global companies in complex, high-exposure matters. The successful candidate will play a meaningful role in all aspects of case development, including participation in high-stakes trial teams and handling sophisticated class action and mass tort litigation matters. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an e xcellent academic record Active Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction, in good standing (or ability to become admitted promptly) 47 years substantive experience in complex litigation, including class actions and mass tort matters Federal circuit court clerkship and/or Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) experience preferredExperience supporting trial teams in state and federal jury trialsExperience taking and defending fact and expert witness depositionsStrong background in complex litigation within a large law firm environmentSuperior analytical, research, and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional written and oral advocacy skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to take ownership of assignments and assume significant responsibilityClient-service mindset with the ability to manage client relationships effectivelyExcellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach Key Responsibilities Defend complex class action and mass tort matters in state and federal courtsManage and support all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparationConduct and oversee fact and expert discoveryTake and defend depositionsDraft and support class certification briefing and related litigation strategyParticipate in trial preparation, trial support, and high-stakes trial teamsAssist with appellate briefing and appellate strategyCollaborate closely with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case managementInterface directly with clients and contribute to strategic decision-making Why Join Us?
