RJ Schinner Co is seeking a Class A CDL Driver based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The role involves ensuring timely deliveries and upholding safety standards while being part of a company that values teamwork and commitment, celebrating its 75 years in business.

Key responsibilities

  • Inspect the truck before and after trips and complete daily vehicle inspection reports.
  • Verify deliveries with customers to ensure accuracy of quantities and products.
  • Handle touch-freight deliveries using a manual pallet jack.
  • Collect payments for delivered goods according to ship ticket instructions.
  • Maintain accurate driver logs in compliance with regulations.
  • Safely operate the vehicle following DOT guidelines and company policies.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
  • Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive team culture.

Required skills

  • Valid Class A CDL Operator's License
  • At least 3 years of driving experience
  • DOT requirements compliance including drug testing
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
  • Current valid Federal Medical Card
  • Knowledge of road safety practices
  • Previous delivery experience
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills
