Overview

As a Claims Specialist at GEICO, you'll play a crucial role in assisting customers during their challenging moments by providing empathetic support and guiding them through the claims process. The position emphasizes the importance of customer interaction and problem resolution, ensuring that policyholders feel secure and informed during their claims experience.
