As a Claims Specialist at GEICO, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers during their time of need by managing auto claims and providing solutions with empathy and care. Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and collect accident facts
  • Investigate claim details and collect statements from involved parties
  • Assist customers in the process of getting back on the road
  • Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions

Required skills

  • Customer-facing claims experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and empathy skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  • Active Adjusters license preferred (training provided)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask
