Overview

As a Claims Specialist at GEICO in Marana, Arizona, you will support customers through the claims process, providing reassurance and solutions when they need it the most. You will play a vital role in helping policyholders navigate their coverage and assist them in getting back on the road safely, all while representing GEICO's commitment to quality service and community impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls to collect accident facts and investigate claim details.
  • Collect statements from involved parties to assist in the claims process.
  • Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.

Required skills

  • Customer-facing claims experience preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs.
  • Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and empathy skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
