Job Description

Overview

As a Claims Specialist at GEICO, you will support customers in managing their auto claims, ensuring they have the necessary guidance and support when they need it most. This role focuses on customer interaction, problem resolution, and driving satisfaction through empathetic communication and detailed assistance.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and collect accident facts.
  • Investigate claim details and collect statements from involved parties.
  • Assist customers in the process of getting back on the road.
  • Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.

Required skills

  • Customer-facing claims experience preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs preferred.
  • Active Adjusters license preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and empathy skills.
  • Adaptability, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize and multitask.
