Overview

As an Auto Claims Specialist at GEICO, you will provide empathetic customer service and guide policyholders through the claims process. This role focuses on reassuring customers and assisting them in getting back on the road safely, while supporting a commitment to innovation and community impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and collect accident facts
  • Investigate claim details and collect statements from involved parties
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions

Required skills

  • Customer-facing claims experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs preferred
  • Active adjuster's license preferred (training and exam fees provided)
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and empathy skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multitask
