Overview

As an Auto Claims Specialist at GEICO, you will provide essential support to customers during their time of need, guiding them through the claims process with empathy and care. With a focus on delivering quality service, your role will help policyholders understand their coverage and get back on the road safely.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and collect accident facts
  • Investigate claim details and collect statements from involved parties
  • Assist customers in resolving concerns to ensure a positive experience
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions

Required skills

  • Customer-facing claims experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume call centers and meeting KPIs
  • Active Adjusters license preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED, college degree preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and empathy skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
