Overview

As a Claims Specialist at GEICO, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers during their time of need. Utilizing your empathy and problem-solving skills, you will guide policyholders through the claims process, ensuring they receive the appropriate coverage and assistance to get back on the road safely.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and collect accident facts
  • Investigate claim details and gather statements from involved parties
  • Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions
  • Assist customers in understanding their coverage and claims process

Required skills

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in high-volume call centers
  • Knowledge of claims processing and insurance
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Active Adjusters license preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
