Overview

As an Auto Claims Specialist at GEICO, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers during challenging times by providing empathy and effective solutions. You will guide policyholders through their coverage and the necessary steps to ensure they can return to the road safely.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and collect accident facts
  • Investigate claim details and collect statements from involved parties
  • Assist customers in the claims process to enhance satisfaction
  • Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions
