Overview

As an Auto Claims Specialist at GEICO in Tampa, Florida, you will play a vital role in reassuring customers and offering solutions during their time of need. Required skills

  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs preferred
  • Active adjusters license preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and empathy skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask across platforms
  • Adaptable and detail-oriented
