Overview

As an Auto Claims Specialist at GEICO, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers during challenging times by providing empathetic support and guiding them through the claims process. Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and collect accident facts
  • Investigate claim details and collect statements from involved parties
  • Assist customers in getting back on the road safely
  • Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions

Required skills

  • Customer-facing claims experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs
  • Active Adjusters license preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and empathy skills
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks
