Overview

As a Claims Specialist at GEICO, you will support customers during challenging times by guiding them through their claims process with empathy and care. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating a smooth recovery after an accident.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and collect accident facts
  • Investigate claim details and collect statements from involved parties
  • Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience
  • Assist customers in getting back on the road safely
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions

Required skills

  • Customer-facing claims experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs preferred
  • Active Adjusters license preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and empathy skills
  • Adaptable and detail-oriented with ability to multitask
