Overview

As a Claims Specialist at GEICO, you will play a vital role in assisting customers during challenging times by providing support and solutions. Your responsibilities will include guiding policyholders through their coverage and helping them navigate the claims process to ensure they can get back on the road safely.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and collect accident facts
  • Investigate claim details and collect statements from involved parties
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions
  • Guide policyholders through coverage and claims process
