Overview

As an Auto Claims Specialist at GEICO, you will play a critical role in assisting customers during challenging times, guiding them through their coverage and claims process with empathy and care. This position is based in Plant City, Florida, and is part of a company renowned for its commitment to quality coverage and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer calls regarding claims
  • Investigate claims and collect necessary statements
  • Assist customers in getting back on the road safely
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure positive experiences
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions

Required skills

  • Customer-facing claims experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume call centers
  • Active Adjuster's license preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
