Overview

As an Auto Claims Specialist at GEICO, you will provide essential support to customers during challenging times by guiding them through the claims process with empathy and care. This role emphasizes customer interaction and problem resolution, ensuring a positive experience while managing the complexities of auto insurance claims.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and collect accident facts
  • Investigate claim details and collect statements from involved parties
  • Assist customers in getting back on the road
  • Resolve customer concerns to drive satisfaction
  • Ensure a positive experience through meaningful interactions

Required skills

  • Customer-facing claims experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs preferred
  • Active Adjusters license preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
