State Farm is seeking a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist to handle accident and weather-related claims for both residential and commercial properties. This role involves conducting inspections, collaborating with policyholders, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for claims
  • Collaborate with policyholders, insurance agents, and other parties to resolve claims
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns
  • Gather evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports
  • Investigate and adjust personal and commercial property claims
  • Evaluate coverage and policy terms for claim validity
  • Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits
