Mandatory Skills & Experience Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering 5 15 years of relevant Civil Engineering experience Strong experience with Municipal Infrastructure Projects Hands-on experience with: Water & Wastewater Sanitary Sewer Stormwater Drainage Roadway / Transportation Experience with Engineering Design & Construction Documents Experience with Permitting and Regulatory Requirements Experience with Construction Administration / Oversight Experience managing project budgets, schedules, scopes, and work plans Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication and client coordination skills Key Responsibilities Lead design of municipal water, wastewater, sewer, stormwater, and roadway projects. Prepare engineering studies, designs, drawings, specifications, and permits. Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, designers, and technicians. Support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, pay applications, and change orders . Manage project schedules, budgets, and engineering deliverables. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards.
