Overview

As a Citizens Teller, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their banking needs. You will greet customers, assist them with transactions, and offer personalized financial advice to help them achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers in the branch lobby
  • Assist customers with using mobile apps and ATMs for transactions
  • Provide personalized advice and solutions to meet customer financial needs
  • Educate customers about Citizens products and benefits
  • Follow financial policies and procedures including cash handling
  • Problem solve and address customer issues effectively

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions
  • 1 year customer service experience with product recommendations
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to ask effective questions to identify customer needs
  • Comfortable with digital technology
  • Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
