Overview

As a Citizens Teller, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their financial needs at the branch. You will greet customers, handle transactions, leverage technology to enhance their banking experience, and provide personalized solutions to help them meet their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist with financial transactions in the branch
  • Demonstrate use of mobile apps and ATMs for transactions
  • Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to customers
  • Educate customers on Citizens products and services
  • Follow financial policies and procedures for cash handling
  • Build long-term customer relationships by identifying needs and providing solutions

Required skills

  • High School degree or GED
  • Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions
  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and enhance customer relationships
  • Comfortable using digital technology
