Key responsibilities

  • Get to know customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Provide trusted financial advice and solutions.
  • Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
  • Introduce customers to digital banking tools and services.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners.
  • Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule appointments.
  • Follow all financial policies and procedures.

Required skills

  • High School degree or GED
  • 2 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in building relationships and recommending financial products
  • Skills in using digital technology for business goals
  • Self-motivated and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
