BASIC FUNCTION Provides direct supervision, care, guidance, and developmentally appropriate learning and socialization experiences for infants, toddlers, and/or preschool-aged children to encourage and facilitate positive social and cognitive growth. Duties are carried out in a learning laboratory classroom setting with District Child Development and Education students. Supports classroom operations by observing and sharing information regarding children's daily activities and interactions with teaching staff, in collaboration with CDC Specialists, to promote continuity of care and understanding of individual needs.
