The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and owning the company's revenue strategy, leading a high-performing sales organization, and overseeing demand generation, brand, and product marketing. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in scaling ARR within a growth-stage healthcare SaaS environment, deep fluency in SaaS metrics, and a strong understanding of the primary care landscape, including the operational and financial differences between various care entities. The CRO will also be instrumental in building and scaling strategic partnerships and channel programs, and must be adept at cross-functional collaboration, particularly with product, finance, and HR teams. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive revenue leadership experience, with at least 3 years' in a senior role. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable go-to-market strategies. Fluency in both English and French is a must, and experience in the primary care SaaS market is highly valued. The role is suited to a strategic thinker who can contribute to overall company strategy and is comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including boards and investors. A background in sales-led growth motions, and experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, is preferred.
