The CPO will be responsible for developing and implementing a people strategy that is both progressive and aligned with the organization's values. This includes maintaining the cultural identity of the company while driving initiatives that support a technology-enabled future and the strategic goals of the business. The successful candidate will lead a comprehensive range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, total rewards, learning and development, employee experience, labor relations, DEI, HR operations, and people analytics. The ideal CPO will have a proven track record in a senior HR role, with a focus on strategic partnership and a deep understanding of the evolving HR landscape. They will be tasked with deepening the connection between the People & Culture function and the business, ensuring that the company's people practices are agile and can adapt to the changing needs of the organization. The role is pivotal in advancing workforce readiness and fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment. The CPO will also be accountable for the governance of HR matters and must be prepared to work closely with the CEO and the Board's Human Resources committee.
