The CPCO will be a strategic leader, driving excellence and innovation in all areas of human resources, including equity, diversity, and inclusion. This role is pivotal in creating and implementing a strategic human resources plan that aligns with the organization's needs and supports its long-term business goals. The successful candidate will lead organizational change, workforce planning, and talent management, and will be responsible for fostering a high-performing, collaborative workplace where employees are engaged and supported. The CPCO will also oversee the development and implementation of programs to attract and retain top talent, optimize the employee experience, and ensure a positive workplace culture. Candidates for the CPCO position at the company should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a master's degree and a Conflict Management Certificate being considered assets.
