Overview

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at CFS will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the organization's mission and growth objectives. This role involves providing executive-level counsel, driving talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with employment laws while promoting a compassionate workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy
  • Provide executive-level counsel to the CEO and Board
  • Drive HR metrics and people analytics for decision-making
  • Build and lead a proactive talent acquisition strategy
  • Partner with program leaders on workforce planning and staffing models
  • Handle complex employee relations issues
  • Coach managers on performance management and conflict resolution
  • Oversee the performance evaluation process
  • Champion a compassionate and inclusive workplace culture
  • Design competitive compensation structures and benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and accreditation standards
  • Maximize utilization of HR technology systems
  • Continuously improve HR policies and workflows
  • Lead training programs on leadership and cultural competency
