Description: KVCAP is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our nonprofit organization as its Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the oversight and leadership of the organization's Finance Department and its resources. KVCAP currently has a budget of 42 million dollars and employs over 300 staff. KVCAP Corporate Headquarters are located in Waterville, Maine, and KVCAP serves primarily Kennebec and Somerset counties. The CFO is a key member of the executive leadership team and reports directly to the CEO. The CFO represents the organization in the community, with funders, the KVCAP Board of Directors (including providing direct support to the Board of Directors Finance Committee), and banking institutions.We are seeking a CFO who will be team-oriented, who will foster a progressive and visionary environment concerning financial planning and awareness within the agency, and who will provide leadership in advancing the organization's financial strategic direction and will ensure that resources are managed in the most beneficial way.This job will begin on September 1, 2026 or later.
