The CAO will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including financial administration, maintenance, tenant and resident administration, human resource management, project management, and ensuring compliance with legislation. This hands-on executive role requires a principled, collaborative leader with a strong background in financial management, operational management, and a commitment to community-focused service. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors, the management team, and various stakeholders to support the mission of providing safe and supportive housing for seniors and low-income families. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field, or a combination of education and work experience. A minimum of 5 years' in a leadership role, preferably with experience in the public or not-for-profit sector, is required.
