Overview

Join Pilgrim's production team in Ellijay, Georgia, and play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality poultry products. In this hands-on position, you will be involved in cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products on the processing line while ensuring adherence to strict food safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Process poultry products according to USDA and Pilgrim's standards
  • Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area following all safety and food safety guidelines
  • Support team members by sharing skills and knowledge while promoting a positive work atmosphere
  • Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
  • Demonstrate flexibility by performing tasks in different areas of production
