Overview In this role, you will conduct formulation projects within the product and process development team, creating laboratory batches and running experiments. You will manage raw materials, perform testing and analysis, and support pilot and scale-up documentation. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across staff scientists to drive formulation activities. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to topical cosmetic/OTC formulations while ensuring quality and compliance.
