Overview

Olymel is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join their dynamic team and contribute to the innovation, quality, and sustainable growth of the company. This role involves defining and managing the national brand strategy in Canada, developing integrated marketing plans, and analyzing market data to optimize brand performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and drive national brand strategy in Canada, considering provincial specifics and distribution channels
  • Design and deploy integrated marketing and media plans (360), including digital strategy and campaign performance
  • Manage brand and product portfolio, including new product launches and packaging optimization
  • Analyze market data and consumer insights to make strategic recommendations
  • Conduct consumer studies and tests as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including negotiation and contract management
  • Develop and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, administration, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 10 to 15 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in the food or consumer goods industry
  • Expertise in national brand management and 360 marketing strategies
  • Proactive, creative, and analytical leader
  • Bilingual and comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Strong influence, presentation, and project management skills
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, performance-oriented
